AS1409
Phase II study synopsis in advanced melanoma
|
It is proposed to
study AS1409 as a 1st line treatment in newly diagnosed patients with
stage IIIb to stage IV malignant melanoma in a multi-centre,
multi-national FDA approved study. We will seek to recruit 150
patients in a randomised phase II trial against dacarbazine. Click here to read the proposed
